Register Now→ Welcome to the official website for the Unified Carrier Registration Plan The Plan oversees the federal UCR Agreement which requires individuals and companies that operate commercial motor vehicles in interstate or international commerce to register their business with a participating state and pay an annual fee based on the size of their fleet. This includes all carriers – private, exempt or for hire. PARTICIPATING STATES These 41 states are included in the UCR Act. UCR Act of 2005 The UCR Agreement is found in 49 United States Code (USC) section 14504a (hereinafter referred to as section 14504a or § 14504a). 2024 UCR Registration Open Approved 2024 fees are now available for your reference.
